Pest Control FAQs
Q. How soon can you visit?
A. We will usually be with a customer on the same day depending on the time of the call and location but certainly by the next day.
Q. Do you provide an out of hours service?
A. We provide an emergency service, evenings, weekends and bank holidays alongside normal working hours.
Q. How much will my treatment cost?
A. Straightforward residential treatments are cheaper than you may think. Give us a call, you may be pleasantly surprised.
Q. Do I have to leave the house during a treatment?
A. It is not necessary for you to leave the house in most cases, we will advise of any special requirements prior to the treatment.
Q. Do I have to be at home for the treatment?
A. We would prefer someone to be at home should we need to gain access but if the issue is external there is no need for you to be present.
Q. How long does it take?
A. Wasps and ants usually only require a single treatment which can be done quite quickly, rats and mice will need several visits to ensure the treatment is successful.
Q. Is it safe for my pet?
A. It is perfectly safe for pets provided a few very simple instructions are followed.
